Ammonium Nitrate Expansion Project Australia

Kirfield has been engaged to carry out the structural, mechanical, piping and installation package at CSBP's Ammonium Nitrate Expansion Project in Western Australia.

Murrin Murrin Screen Plant Western Australia

• Client: Minara Resources
• CAPEX: A$115 million
• Value: A$4 million

Minara Resources awarded Kirfield the fabrication and installation of the structural, mechanical and piping for three screens at its Murrin Murrin Screen Plant. The scope of work included the associated rotating equipment and conveyors. Project included provision of shutdown and maintenance services at the completion of the capital works.

Ravensthorpe Nickel Project Australia

• CAPEX: A$2.8 billion
• Value: A$40 million

Kirfield carried out party supply, fabrication, installation and testing of structural steel, mechanical items and piping on BHP Billitons Ravensthorpe Nickel Project. The company was awarded Safety Contractor of the Month four times while working on the Ravensthorpe Project for its outstanding safety efforts on site.

St Ives Expansion Project Western Australia

Kirfield was engaged by Outokumpu to carry out fabrication, transportation and installation of the thickener and associated equipment.

Telfer Stage 7 Project Australia

• Client: Newcrest Mining Limited
• CAPEX: A$400 million
• Value: A$28.5 million

Kirfield was awarded part supply and installation for the treatment plant Stage 7 steelwork, platework, mechanical equipment and piping at Newcrest Minings Telfer Project.

Minjar Gold Project Western Australia

• Client: Merit Engineers
• Value: A$4 million

Kirfield successfully relocated a gold processing plant to Minjar in Western Australia for Merit Resources. The scope of work included Mill refurbishment and major tankage.

Thunderbox Gold Project Western Australia

• Client: LionOre
• CAPEX: A$60 million
• Value: A$11 million

Kirfield was engaged by LionOre to carry out the relocation of part of the Mt Todd Gold Plant in the Northern Territory to Thunderbox in Western Australia. The scope of work included the relocation and refurbishment of the mill and major tankage.

Golden Pride Project Tanzania

Structural and piping installation and associated works were carried out by Kirfield for Lycopodium in Tanzania.
